Oh, hi!
I’m Anne Marie, a Group Creative Director at the Martin Agency, where I’ve worked for the last 27 years. I think that’s like 27,000,000,000 in advertising years so I guess you could say Martin must be a really special place. Or WTF, Anne Marie? Or wow, I wasn’t even born then. (I get that a lot lately.)
I’m currently the GCD on CarMax, Ritz and Sanofi (11 brands that you probably have in your bathroom somewhere). My past accounts have included Walmart, Land O’Lakes, Old Navy and GEICO.
I believe in advocating for those who are coming up in this business in a way that didn’t exist when I was coming up. And that we can make a difference through what we do, even if it’s just making someone laugh for 30 seconds.
I love fashion, mumu dresses and Pepto Bismal pink and refuse to believe they are mutually exclusive. If you travel with me, I’ll take you to every art museum within an inch of your life. My favs are the the Dali Museum outside of Barcelona, the Rodin Museum in Paris and the Salt & Pepper Museum in Gatlinburg, TN, which isn’t technically an art museum but actually kind of is.
